Usage Instructions and Dosages

Initial Dosages

For the first 3 days take 5 capsules with water before breakfast

For the next 4 days take 4 capsules with water before breakfast

For the next 3 days take 3 capsules with water before breakfast

For the next 30 days take 3 capsules with water before breakfast until the course is finished.

Maintenance Dosages

Take 3 capsules with water before breakfast or 60 minutes before sexual intercourse for ED support.

Do not exceed these dosage recommendations.
